‘I am Human’ is comprised of a series of videos each on an endless loop showing different parts of the human body, shown across different sized screens finely balanced and set up to create a nod to da Vinci’s ‘Vitruvian man’.
Each body part from a different person comes together to create an entire human, showing people from all different backgrounds, social standings, races, genders and sexuality creating the one figure.
The work hopes to break down the idea of segregation and prejudice and to show equality as a race, which is finally balanced in this current period of social uncertainty.
